One Belvedere Tuscany – Experiences and Hospitality

Located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti, One Belvedere is a 50-hectare estate, with 10 hectares of vineyards, cultivated according to a model of regenerative agriculture. The property, led by Natacha Fazal Karim, combines wine production with hospitality, including a historic villa and several independent apartments.
The One Belvedere wine resort focuses on food and wine tourism, offering experiences such as wine tastings, vineyard walks, cooking classes, and tasting lunches paired with selected wines. The restaurant QB Cucina offers seasonal vegetarian cuisine, inspired by the kitchen garden and served in elegant settings overlooking the scenic hills of Chianti Classico.
The elegant accommodations include 7 ensuite rooms with views of the Tuscan countryside or swimming pool, and independent apartments, all designed with attention to detail and equipped with modern comforts. Guests can unwind in the saltwater infinity pool, recharge in the wellness center, or enjoy sunrise yoga among vineyards and olive trees. QB Cucina, with its sustainable and vegetarian approach, celebrates local flavors using garden ingredients, free-range eggs, and estate-produced honey.
Thanks to its strategic location, close to Siena and Florence, the estate is also ideal for private events, ceremonies, and weddings, offering natural surroundings and warm, discreet hospitality that makes every stay unforgettable.
Production Philosophy of One Belvedere Wines

Wine production is overseen by agronomist Marco Nardini, in-house winemaker Alessio Cecchini, and consulting enologist Giovanni Stella, who follow an artisanal, low-intervention philosophy aimed at enhancing both fruit expression and territorial identity. The grapes, hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and selected in small crates, undergo a gentle destemming process, without crushing, to preserve their integrity.
Fermentations are spontaneous, carried out exclusively with indigenous yeasts, and take place in concrete tulip tanks, stainless steel, or large oak casks, depending on the wine’s profile. No filtration is used, and bottling is done manually, in keeping with a vision of measured, unforced winemaking. Even the cellar, housed in a restored rural building, reflects the estate’s commitment to integrated sustainability.
The result is a collection of wines that are modern in freshness and immediacy, yet deeply rooted in identity, able to authentically convey the character of their origin.
Wines of One Belvedere Tuscany

The vineyards, divided into seven parcels located between 300 and 400 meters in altitude, are planted mainly with Sangiovese, along with small percentages of other native and international varieties.
The range offers consistent and original interpretations of Sangiovese. Among the reds, Primo Rosso stands out for its clear and immediate profile, while Balvede Sangiovese is deeper and more structured. The N Rosato Wine, fresh and fragrant, provides a light and mineral take on rosé.
On the white and orange wine side, Amphiteatro Bianco ferments in concrete tanks with a short maceration, delivering floral and citrus notes, along with freshness and minerality. Amphiteatro Orange, vinified with skin contact and aged in barrique, is more complex, featuring delicate tannins and aromas of dried fruit.
Production is completed by two extra virgin olive oils, blends of Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Pendolino olives: Alya DOP Chianti Classico and Amaya, expressing the same artisanal care dedicated to the wines.
