Multisensory tasting of three iconic wines from the province of Turin follows
Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 15 in Turin, Palazzo Birago Borgaro, institutional headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, (Via Carlo Alberto 16), during harvest in Turin – Arcades Divine the provincial section of Turin ONAV National Organization of Wine Tasters delivery to Italian Blind Union the Taster Manual in spoken version .
Following a multisensory tasting of three iconic wines from the province of Turin made available by the Caluso Regional Enoteca conducted by Giuseppe Zeppa, University of Turin and Piera Genta, journalist. The delegate of the Turin section and national councilor will be present at the delivery of the Taster Manual to the Italian Blind Union.Guido Raynero , the president of the Turin provincial section of UICI, Giovanni Laiolo and Pia Donata Berlucchi , Onav vice president who for some time has been passionately dedicated to coordinating the organization’s social projects and Sandra Inverardi , president of UIC Brescia.
The Taster Manual , which required a great deal of adaptation of the texts, was read by some female voices of the Turin section of the ONAV supported by technicians Daniele Prina and Andrea Porcu and will enrich the catalog of the Union library Italian Blind.
“Ascolta il vino” è un progetto nato nel 2003, anno europeo delle persone con disabilità, voluto da Vito Intini, presidente nazionale degli Assaggiatori, con l’obiettivo di promuovere corsi speciali di avvicinamento al vino dedicato a ciechi e ipovedenti che ha coinvolto circa 200 persone. Dopo la firma di un accordo di collaborazione con l’UICI nazionale, i corsi di formazione sono oggi disponibili su tutto il territorio nazionale con la formula di moduli da 7 lezioni di 3 ore dove docenti qualificati guidano gli aspiranti assaggiatori alla scoperta del mondo del vino supportati dal testo di studio tradizionale in formato audio. l primi corsi omologati hanno avuto luogo a Verona e a Brescia.
