It has a ruby red color with light purple hues, the nose spreads wide ranging from intense notes of small berries in jam, dried dried fruit and a light spicy and ethereal note. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, characterized by a silky tannic texture and a finish of good persistence which confirms the fruity notes on the nose.
It carries out 80% harvest at optimal ripeness and 20% harvest in light over-ripening directly in the vineyard. Refine in steel tanks and subsequently in bottles positioned horizontally at controlled temperature.
