Tasting of Ettaro Sauvignon Riserva 2015 white wine from the Friuli company Castello di Buttrio, with notes of temperatures and service
We taste the 2015 Ettaro Sauvignon Riserva white wine
From the bright straw yellow color to the nose it is elegant and fresh wine with hints of white peach, jasmine and wild fennel blend with delicate toasted returns. On the palate it confirms the full and elegant taste. The olfactory characteristics are confirmed and it expresses an enveloping and persistent minerality accompanied by a pleasant freshness. Excellent structure, well balanced. It carries out a soft pressing, static settling for 12 hours and half fermentation in steel tanks and half in large wooden barrels, aging for 11 months in contact with fine yeasts and marketing after 30 months from the harvest.
