Ruinas – Colli del Limbara IGT 2018

It has an intense and bright straw yellow color. The nose unravels wide on wildflowers, aromatic herbs, spices, ripe fruit. On the palate it opens with a pleasant freshness embellished by a silky consistency that confers great volume and softness in the mouth. Clean and velvety finish with a long and pleasant persistence with light spicy allusions. Vinification with pressing and soft pressing, followed by a cleaning of the must by static settling, fermentation at controlled temperature (18-20 °) with selected yeasts, and partial malolactic fermentation.
