It has an intense ruby red color. The nose first notes of red fruits such as raspberries and blackberries and iris floral, and then spicy and mineral memories. On the palate it is fine with a pleasant final freshness. Fermented at controlled temperature with 10-day skin maceration and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
Aged in stainless steel for 6 months and in tonneaux for 3 months
