It has a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens broadly on succession of floral notes ranging from hawthorn and acacia flowers and fresh succession of fresh white pulp fruit and light toasted hints. On the palate it presses with a great structure and freshness embellished by a light iodized note that gives volume and character in the mouth. Elegant, enveloping and full finish, with a long persistence with delicate floral returns.
The selected Pinot Grigio grapes are gently pressed after a short cap fermentation, cleaned of the lees, the wine is aged on yeasts in French oak barrels for 6 months.
