Fermentation is classic in stainless steel tanks with pumping over and delestage, while aging is 48 months in 25 hl Slavonian oak barrels. The grapes are Nebbiolo 85% and Vespolina 15%. The color is a clear garnet red, with hints of dried flowers, violet, scents of undergrowth, tobacco, with a good balance between fruity and floral and with great minerality. Firm but also soft tannins.
