It is visually bright ruby red in color, the nose spreads intense, broad and fragrant alternating intense hints of cherry and wild strawberries, morello cherry, embellished with sweet spices, cocoa and licorice. On the palate it is enveloping with a medium thickness and very soft tannic texture and a large acidic streak that gives great freshness and drinkability. Harmonious balanced finish, with hints of aromatic herbs, good persistence. It ages for one year in new oak barrels, ages in bottle for a further 12 months
