It has a bright ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens wide ranging from pleasant notes of ripe cherry and blackberry embellished with spicy suggestions of black pepper and undergrowth. It is revealed on the voluminous and savory palate with a velvety tannic texture of medium thickness, to which is counterbalanced by an important sour shoulder of nerve that gives great freshness. Harmonious, balsamic, persistent and elegant finish. Vinification with a traditional and délestage, followed by maceration with the skins for 15-20 days. Refine 12 months in 225 liter barriques.
