Baron del Nero 2015 – Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini

The Baron del Nero wine of Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini has a brilliant and impenetrable ruby red color with garnet reflections. Olfactory it reveals complex and fine articulating between penetrating tones of red currant and black cherry embellished with sweet spices and menthol and balsamic nuances.

On the palate it is enveloping with a well-dashed tannic texture supported with a good acidity that gives vivacity to the sip.

Dense finish in which the fruit and spices echo penetratingly. The Merlot and Cabernet age separately for at least 12 months in wooden barrels before being blended and bottled.

A wine with eloquent aromas and a rich, silky and dense palate. Sensational at a gastronomic level when paired with red and braised meats.
