Tasting of the Barolo Coste di Rose 2015 red wine from the Bric Cenciurio winery
Let’s taste Bric Cenciurio’s 2015 Barolo Coste di Rose red wine
It has a bright ruby red color, the nose of broad spreads alternating intense hints of ripe berries, hints of plum embellished with humus and undergrowth. On the palate it is enveloping with a very thick but silky tannic texture supported by an important acidic shoulder that gives freshness and drinkability. Voluminous and harmonious finish, of great persistence.
