‘Arusnatico’ Valpolicella Ripasso DOC 2016 – Valentina Cubi
It has an intense ruby red color, the nose spreads wide alternating intense hints of ripe cherry, wild strawberries embellished with leather, sweet vanilla spices, cloves, and white pepper. On the palate, it is enveloping with a delicate, soft, and silky tannic texture with excellent freshness and drinkability. Harmonious finish, with fruity and floral returns, with excellent persistence.
Fermented in steel and then macerates on the skins and Amarone residues for 15 days. Ages 12 months in second passage tonneaux and a small percentage in first passage barriques.
A wine of great territorial aromatic eloquence and finesse: sincerity and integrity of the fruit, great smoothness, and seductive on the palate.
