Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali 2019 di Castello di Buttrio
Castello di Buttrio’s Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali 2019 wine is characterized by a bright straw yellow. On the nose it opens on floral suggestions of broom and fruity hints of orange peel and white peach embellished with sage, brioche and salt tones. The sip is voluminous, with an iodized saline presence that gives great flavor and breadth.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Refine for 6-8 months in contact with fermentation yeasts periodically kept in suspension.
An imaginative Ribolla Gialla with great identity and olfactory finesse. A wine that tells us in a modern way the great expressiveness of one of the most important native white grape varieties of Friuli.
