Piè delle Vigne – Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC 2018 – Cataldi Madonna
The Piè delle Vigne Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC 2018 wine by Cataldi Madonna dresses the glass in an intense and brilliant pink. The aromatic picture outlines notes of wild raspberry, morello cherry embellished with more enigmatic spicy and hydrocarbon tones.
On the palate it is voluminous and lively and supported by a pleasant granular mineral trail that creates presence on the palate and amplifies the sensations in the after-smell. Finale of excellent persistence, harmonious and excellent cleanliness.
With full rights among the best Italian rosé wines: the fragrance and olfactory complexity are the prelude to a surprisingly unusual, passionate, rich and savory sip.
