‘Piano dei Daini’ Etna Bianco DOC 2019 – Tenute Bosco
The ‘Piano dei Daini’ Etna Bianco DOC 2019 wine by Tenute Bosco is characterized by a bright straw yellow.
Orange blossom, broom and acacia honey extend towards notes of aromatic herbs, lavender and salt. On the palate it is dense and full-bodied, with an intriguing acid component that gives freshness and fades into a salty trail of good persistence, with continuous fruity-floral aromatic returns.
One of the most interesting cellars of Etna gives us a Carricante sui generis, fresh and inviting, of great recognition. A peacock tail wine, fully qualified among the best Sicilian white wines for versatility in food pairing.
