Tasting of Lupicaia Toscana IGT 2011 of Castello del Terriccio

Lupiacaia 2011. A decisive Tuscan red wine with balanced acidity.

Let’s taste the Lupicaia wine 2011

A strong red wine with balanced acidity. Matured in tonneau and barrique for at least 20 months. The sense of smell is outlined by aromas of berries. To the mouth it is authoritative and soft, the floral component persists and mixes with flavors of rose and licorice. Its flavor is harmoniously played between acidity, alcohol and tannin. Suitable for important moments. Delicious with lamb.

The company that produces this label is Castello del Terriccio .
This estate has a millennial and multifaceted history. Etruscans, Feudatari, there are many lives that have intertwined in this place, but it is after the Second World War that in reality the story really begins thanks to the Seraphim Serri Counts , who transformed the property and concentrated on the production of fine wines. The love for this land, kissed by the sun and bathed by the sea, is present across the board.
