Ruggeri’s Giustino B. Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore 2019 wine has a bright straw yellow color and a perlage of excellent persistence.
The nose outlines a kaleidoscope of floral and fruity nuances ranging from orange blossom, jasmine and white peach embellished with candied ginger, salt, sea breeze tones.
On the palate it is velvety, with. excellent mineral sapidity synergistically linked to good acidity that binds the sip, creating harmony, rhythm and cleanliness in the mouth.
Finish of excellent persistence and intensity in which the fruit and floral tones echo.
A wine of rare olfactory finesse that creates a very interesting dialectic between the soft and enveloping component and the sapidity and effervescent one. Excellent interpretation of Prosecco Valdobbiane, of great versatility both in the aperitif and in moments of celebration but also in the gastronomic combination with refined fish-based dishes.
