The Flora Vino Spumant Pinot Nero Brut – Cantine Vite has a pale and brilliant straw yellow color and a perlage of good persistence. The nose is layered and ranges from red currant, Williams pear and aromatic notes of thyme. On the palate it convinces with its freshness, drinkability, with a soft and engaging palate. Finale of good persistence, sharpness and cleanliness in which floral nuances echo. Ferments at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
A Brut sparkling wine from Pinot Noir of great immediacy. Pleasant interpretation ideal for aperitifs, convivial and carefree situations, but also in combination with seafood dishes such as molluscs and crustaceans or with fresh cheeses.
