The Ficheto 2021 wine of Masseria Borgo dei Trulli has an intense straw yellow color.
The nose opens wide, outlining pleasant floral notes of orange blossom and acacia, wild fennel to make room for fresh fruity succession of exotic fruit and orange peel.
On the palate it presses with a pleasant acidity that gives a pleasant freshness synergistically integrated with soft, enveloping, iodized and mineral sensations that give great volume and structure in the mouth.
Intense, harmonious finish with long persistence and balance. Ages 40% in new French barriques for 5 months.
The Ficheto of Masseria Borgo dei Trulli is a white wine of great expressiveness and flavor, ideal as an aperitif and in combination with dishes based on fish and seafood.
