‘Ficheto’ Bianco Puglia 2019
It has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens wide, articulating with floral notes of orange blossom and acacia, to make room for fresh fruity succession of exotic fruit and orange peel. On the palate it presses with a pleasant acidity that gives a pleasant freshness synergistically integrated with soft enveloping and iodized and mineral sensations that give great volume and structure in the mouth. Intense, harmonious finish with long persistence and balance. Ages 40% in new French barriques for 5 months
