It has a bright straw yellow color, the nose offers delicate floral hints of wildflowers and narcissus flowers, supported by pleasant fruity notes of peach and pineapple. On the palate it offers a pleasant mineral salinity and moderate acidity, good persistence in the mouth. It is vinified and aged in steel (for 6 months) and then aged in the bottle.
