It has an intense and bright straw yellow color. The nose unravels wide on floral notes of jasmine, to veer towards fresh fruity successions, ranging from white peach to pleasant citrus reminiscences. On the palate it opens with a great freshness embellished by an important saline mineral note that gives great volume in the mouth. Clean finish and long and pleasant persistence with light spicy allusions.

Carries out a gentle pressing after a short time of contact with the skins, ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation, spends seven months of maturation on the noble lees.
