Altroasso IGP Trevenezie
It dresses the glass in an intense and brilliant ruby red with purple reflections.
On the nose it spreads penetrating and fine, articulating between intense notes of ripe cherry and blackberry jam, embellished with a counterpoint of sweet spices of vanilla and cocoa powder and delicate balsamic suggestions.
On the palate it presses with a measured tannic texture, well dashed and silky, synergistically integrated by acidity of backbone, which gives freshness and drinkability. It opens for a harmonious, balsamic finish with good persistence. Aging in French oak barrels.
