‘La Lucertola’ 2015 Toscana IGT – L’Orcio a Ca’ di Pesa

Our tasting of the wine ‘La Lucertola’ 2015 by L’Orcio a Ca’ di Pesa, complete with notes of refinement, denomination, grape variety, serving temperature and alcoholic volume.

It has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose spreads fine and complex articulating between hints of ripe blackberry, blueberries, followed by licorice, vanilla and roasting and cocoa powder.
On the palate, it is revealed with thick and silky well-hatched tannins, synergistically linked to the vibrant acidity that provides great freshness. Harmonious finish, on the fruit and spices of long persistence and great finesse. Aged two years in French oak barrels.

An expressive wine, which skilfully combines volume and finesse.
