Roero Bric del Medic DOCG 2016 - Bordone Giuseppe
It has an intense garnet red color, the nose spreads complex with succession of ripe berries, dates and plum embellished with undergrowth, cocoa and sweet spices. On the palate it is enveloping with a thick but silky tannic texture to which an important acid shoulder that gives great freshness and drinkability is offset. Rich, voluminous and harmonious finish with hinted balsamic note, of great persistence. Refine in oak barrels. Excellent aging potential.

The philosophy of this interesting winery is made of essential elements, which starts from a careful and constant work, which continues from the earth to the cellar, respecting the natural times both for the ripening of its grapes, and for their collection by hand, up to all the practice of winemaking and bottling directly done in the cellar, in turn equipped with the best technologies and enriched by constant research. Examples are the "cru" or sub-areas of the Roero, which after a 10-year research work, saw the light in 2017.
