It has an intense and brilliant ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose opens wide with a bouquet that has deep intense notes of ripe cherry and blackberries expanded by delicate nuances of leather, cloves, and officinal herbs. On the palate, it follows with a very thick, penetrating and silky tannic texture mitigated in a harmonious balance by a vibrant acidity, which gives a pleasant freshness reminiscent of blood orange. It closes for a harmonious, balsamic, very voluminous and long-lasting finish.
A wine with excellent aging potential. It Ferments with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature with numerous pumping over. It ages for 4 years in 500 and 4000 liter French oak barrels, it ages in the bottle for a minimum of six months.
