In the mouth it is enveloping, delicately lapping the palate with a soft and silky tannic texture to which is counterbalanced by an important sour shoulder that gives great freshness and drinkability. Final and harmonious, of great persistence and elegance with pleasant balsamic and officinal herb returns.
