It has a bright ruby red color. The nose opens wide ranging from pleasant notes of cherry, black currant embellished with hints of undergrowth and spicy nuances of black pepper, vanilla, cloves. It is revealed on the palate with an enveloping and velvety tannic texture of medium thickness, which makes to counterbalance an important sour shoulder of nerve that gives freshness. Harmonious, balsamic finish with good persistence and elegance.
It ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and follows maturation and aging in oak barrels for 18-22 months
