Tasting notes of the wine Tenuta Plozner - Moscabianca Friuli DOC 2018 by Bettili Cristiana
It has a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens wide and intense on citrus and white orange blossom notes, embellished with a floral of pineapple hawthorn and sweet spices. In the mouth there is an important mineral vein that gives great structure by harmoniously integrating and creating voluminousness in the mouth, supported by an acidic shoulder that gives freshness and drinkability and encourages drinking. Long and soft finish, slightly almondy. Carries out a light maceration on the skins for about 4-6 hours 24 hours. It ferments at controlled temperature (18 degrees), then approximately 30% of the product is fermented in barriques. Refine in steel and then in the bottle.
