Tasting Notes Boscaini Carlo's Amarone della Valpolicella 2015
It has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose spreads wide alternating intense hints of ripe woods, from blackberry to hints of plum embellished with undergrowth and sweet spices and tobacco. On the palate it is enveloping with a thick but soft and silky tannic texture and an acidity of strength that gives freshness. Harmonious finish, with fruity and balsamic returns, with excellent persistence. Excellent aging potential

The production reflects the classicism of Valpolicella, where the wines are produced with native red grapes and reflect that pure expression of the five vineyards from which they are produced. In fact, the Valpolicella Doc Classico Superiore is obtained from the higher Preosa vineyard, the Amarone Della Valpolicella Docg Classico from the vineyard just below San Giorgio, going down to the valley from the Ca 'Bussin il Valpolicella Doc Classico vineyard and the La Sengia il Recioto vineyard Della Valpolicella Docg Classico, and finally from the vineyard located on the other side of the hill, in the locality of Zane, the homonymous Valpolicella Doc Classico Superiore Ripasso is born.
