The Southern Maremma is a wild land, which from the hill to the sea intoxicates with its scents and lets itself be dominated by the most uncontaminated nature, that of the Mediterranean scrub. And Capalbio with its history and its land is a worthy representative. The Southern Maremma is a wild land, which from the hill to the sea intoxicates with its scents and lets itself be dominated by the most uncontaminated nature, that of the Mediterranean scrub. And Capalbio, with its history and its land, is a worthy representative. It was here that in 1998 Paolo Baratta together with his wife Gemma Bracco, then built what is today a signature of the absolute excellence in the production of reds, with an international mold but with an absolutely Mediterranean soul. Since 2010 the company has been run by her daughter Eva together with her husband Javier Pedrazzini and is at the forefront of the landscape of environmental sustainability. In addition to the flag wine, Monteti, two other labels are produced: Caburnio and TM Rosé.
