Santarosa Collio DOC Pinot Bianco 2018 - Castle of Spessa
It has an intense and brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it opens wide on floral notes of jasmine and acacia flowers to turn towards fresh succession from white fruit to notes of tropical fruit. On the palate it opens with a great freshness embellished by a velvety texture which gives great bulkiness to the mouth. Clean, soft finish, long and pleasant persistence with delicate floral returns. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature at 16-18 °. It refines until the end of March on noble lees and is then bottled.
