Podere Montale is based in Poggioferro di Seggiano, about 20 km from Montalcino, purchased by Silvio Mendini in 2014, a young company, perfectly inserted and very concrete. A property of 200 hectares, of where about 20 vineyards are surrounded by 50 hectares of wood at 600m above sea level and where the vineyards are cultivated with integrated farming systems, thanks to the respect for biodiversity typical of natural balance, where soils they perfectly enjoy both the climate, the exposure, but above all ownership of an extinct volcano like Monte Amiata.
