Tasting notes of the wine Collio Col Disore 2016 by Marco Felluga
It has a brilliant golden yellow color. The nose is voluminous and intense with notes of peach and white grapefruit, embellished with a hawthorn floral. On the palate, an important mineral vigor is created, which gives great structure, integrating harmoniously with the acid shoulder, which gives freshness and drinkability and encourages drinking. Great persistence, closing on a pleasant almond note. The grapes, partly overripe, are separated from the stem. The juice and the pulp undergo a cold maceration, therefore a slight pressing that allows the separation from the skins.
It ferments in oak barrels and is then left to rest for about twelve months on the lees and a year in the bottle.
