Tasting notes of the wine Aristos Kerner – Alto Adige DOC 2018 – Cantina Valle d’Isarco“
It has an intense and brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose it spreads broadly on floral notes of jasmine, to turn towards fresh fruity successions, ranging from white peach to pleasant citrus reminiscences. On the palate it opens with a great freshness enhanced by an important mineral salt note that gives great bulkiness in the mouth. Clean finish with long and pleasant persistence with light spicy allusions.
Carries out a delicate pressing after a short time of contact with the skins, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation, passes seven months of maturation on the noble lees.
