Tasting notes of "Sontium" 2017 - The Feuds of Romans
It has a bright straw yellow color with shades tending to golden. The nose develops intense fruity and floral notes from hawthorn to mango and lychee, embellished with a finish with delicate epiphanies of aromatic spices such as sage and thyme. On the palate it is rich, intense with a pleasant mineral note and excellent persistence.

The small winery set up by Severino, with the help of his wife Maria at the beginning, and later by his son Enzo and his daughter-in-law Silvana, continued to grow year after year. But the use of barrique wood, large barrels and tonneaux is still limited today: it gives more complexity to wines, without compromising their typicality.
