It has an intense ruby red color. The nose reveals first notes of red fruits like raspberries and blackberries and iris flowers, and then to follow spicy and mineral memories. On the palate, it is fine with a pleasant final freshness. Fermentation at controlled temperature with 10-day pellicular maceration and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months and in tonneaux for 3 months
