The company that produces this label is Valentina Cubi
Valentina began her activity in 1970 when, together with her husband Giancarlo Vason, she bought the ten hectares of vineyards on the hills of Valpolicella. at the beginning, in the cellar and in the vineyard, the practice reflected the enological tradition of the area. Valentina Cubi, aware of the central position of the company vineyards, located on the classic hills and of their high value, starts that innovation process that led to the organic certification of the entire production in 2014. Respect for the environment, nature, and ecosystem, are the winning cards of a production method that differentiates this winery from the others and that can be summed up in its own concept: "great wine is not born in the cellar, but in the vineyard".
