Cà del Cervo Buttafuoco of the Oltrepò Pavese DOC 2015 by Vitea
Of an intense ruby color, the nose spreads broad and complex, ranging from notes of sour cherries and ripe cherries, to then press with nuances of undergrowth humus. On the palate the important acidity shoulder gives a pleasant freshness that helps a velvety tannic texture of medium structure. Finale of great persistence embellished by mentholated reminiscences and officinal herbs.

Cantine Vitea has its headquarters in Loglio di Sopra, a fraction of the municipality of Montù Beccaria, in the province of Pavia, in Lombardy. The farm lands are located on the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, in Valle Versa, which represents the second valley that opens in the Apennines.
