Tasting notes of the wine “Testamatta - Toscana Rosso IGT 2016" by Bibi Graetz winery"
It has an intense ruby red color, the nose spreads wide, rich and complex, ranging from notes of cherry and black cherry, embellished with a succession of delicate and well-defined nuances of leather, cloves and toasted notes. On the palate it presses with a thick but soft and silky tannic texture supported by a pleasant acid shoulder that gives freshness suggesting blood orange epiphanies. It opens up for a harmonious, vibrant finish of long persistence.
It is produced with 100% Sangiovese, with careful care and meticulous selection in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with daily punching down. It is refined in French oak barrels for 16-18 months before being bottled.

The company that produces this label is Bibi Graetz winery
Bibi Graetz is a 360% artist. Bibi began to devote himself to the production of wine close to 2000. Initially taking over several old vines, today it has about 50 hectares of vineyards. Bibi is a true artisan of wine, his tetragono spirit of self-denial contrasts with a prolific creative mentality. Drinking a bottle of Bibi Graetz is not simply drinking wine, it means giving yourself a rare, unusual experience of total ecstasy. But the eye also wants its part, offering numerous suggestive synesthesias. Bibi Graetz's labels are in fact veritable and abstract works of art, echoing and spreading colors, echoing and spreading aromas.
