Tasting notes of Tardivo ma non Tardo 2016 Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva Classic DOCG by Santa Barbara
It has a brilliant, intense yellow color with golden nuances. The nose follows with hints of tropical fruit and floral notes of hawthorn and broom, followed by notes of toasted almond and vegetal reminiscences. On the palate fresh, vibrant and mineral with a pleasant herbaceous finish which, to the full, urges the second and third glasses. The interpretation of this famous native grape variety from the Marche is very interesting and original. It ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and refines 12 months on the lees in steel tanks and 18 months in the bottle
