Tasting notes of the white wine Ettaro Sauvignon Riserva 2015 by Castello di Buttrio
From the brilliant straw yellow color to the nose, it is an elegant and fresh wine with hints of white peach, jasmine and wild fennel blend with delicate toasted returns. The taste is full and elegant on the palate. The olfactory characteristics are confirmed and expresses an enveloping and persistent minerality accompanied by a pleasant freshness. Excellent structure, well balanced. It carries out a soft pressing, static decantation for 12 hours and half fermentation in steel tanks and half in large wooden barrels, aging for 11 months in contact with fine yeasts and marketing 30 months after harvest.
