Tasting of DOC Lessini Durello Spumante Brut “Ronca’ Metodo Classico 60” 2012
DOC Lessini Durello Spumante "Ronca 'Metodo Classico 60" 2012 - Brut shows a brilliant straw yellow color with fine and persistent bubbles.
The nose is delicate in its floral, citrus and spring aromas. Fruits with white pulp like apple, pear, light medlar, and toasted fruits. The spiciness is sweet; aromatic herbs and fresh undergrowth with a slight hint of marzipan and mineral hints. On the palate, it remains harmonious. It shows a good intensity, fresh thanks to its acidity and sapidity that well characterizes the fine perlage. Persistent finish that reconfirms the citrus.
Grapes: 100% Durella
Alcohol: 11.50% vol
