Helios Rosso shows an impenetrable ruby color. Characterized by a broad bouquet with hints of wild berries and black cherry, violet petals, aided by spicy notes of nutmeg and hints of coffee powder. On the palate it is soft and warm, with soft and elegant tannins. A balanced blend very representative of the Di Giovanna production, whose long persistence includes finely spiced fruity returns thanks to the contribution of wood. Fermentation between steel (50%) and barriques (50%), then matures between Tonneau and steel for 18 months.
