Tasting notes of Barolo DOCG 2014 - Cascina Sòt
With a clear garnet red color with purple hues. The nose is a combination of aromas ranging from vegetable to floral, in which the fruits of the undergrowth give way to intriguing spiciness and balsamic, typical and aromatic like the vine from which it is produced. The sip is pleasant, balanced in tannic, but leaves no escape for personality and good acidity, in which harmony prevails in the persistent finish.
Grapes 100% Nebbiolo
